Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within the same business day or the next business day of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During periods of high order volume or when our team is traveling, processing times may be temporarily extended — we will communicate any delays via an announcement banner at the top of our website.

Shipping Carriers
Accent Hockey, LLC ships primarily via USPS. We reserve the right to fulfill orders using alternative carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other services at our discretion based on destination, package size, and availability.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping rates apply at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $99 before taxes. This threshold is subject to change — please refer to checkout for the current rate.
  • Estimated domestic delivery is typically 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier.

Canada Shipping

  • Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
  • Free standard shipping is available on Canadian orders over $200 USD before taxes and duties. This threshold is subject to change — please refer to checkout for the current rate.
  • Estimated delivery to Canada is typically 7–14 business days after shipment.

Important — Canadian Customs & Duties:
International shipments to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Accent Hockey, LLC has no control over customs processing times or fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

If your package is held at customs, it is your responsibility to contact your local post office or carrier to pay any outstanding duties and arrange delivery. Packages that are not claimed within approximately 30 days will be returned to Accent Hockey, LLC. In the event of a return, the customer will be responsible for paying a new shipping label before the order can be reshipped.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Availability and rates are displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Accent Hockey, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Expedited Shipping
We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping options at checkout. We plan to offer this in the future — check back for updates.

Lost Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier and a tracking number has been provided, Accent Hockey, LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to open a trace or claim:

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please reach out to us at [your contact email] and we will do our best to assist.

Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to Accent Hockey, LLC due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed customs package, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you once the package is received back at our facility to arrange reshipment.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Accent Hockey, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at [your contact email] and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
