What's your warranty?

Every Accent stick carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty, plus a one-time free replacement (1 year on stock sticks, lifetime on custom sticks — you cover replacement shipping), plus a 3-day money-back guarantee. Full terms are on our warranty page.

Can I return a stick if I don't like it?

Yes — within 3 days of receiving it, for a refund minus the cost of return shipping.
