To use this guarantee, contact us at contact@accenthockey.com within 3 days of receiving your stick and let us know you'd like to make a return. We'll send you a return shipping label — once we receive the stick back, we'll refund your payment minus the cost of that return shipping label.

This guarantee doesn't apply to custom or personalized products. Adding a name to a namebar, for example, is a custom modification made specifically for you, and choosing that option means forgoing the 3-day money-back guarantee.

In practice, a genuine craftsmanship defect (a bad layup, a structural flaw) almost always shows up within the first 30 days of use, so that's the window where you'll see it if it's there. But the underlying promise isn't a 30-day promise — it's a lifetime one.

To be clear about what this does and doesn't mean: this covers craftsmanship, not normal wear or hockey-related abuse. Hockey is a demanding sport and sticks aren't indestructible. A stick that breaks from normal play isn't a craftsmanship failure, and we won't pretend otherwise. We'd rather be straight with you about that than write a warranty that sounds bigger than it is.

30-Day Coverage

We're proud of how these sticks are actually built. Every blank starts as sheets of carbon, layered by hand before it goes into the mold — a precise process, but still a human one. We build to a high standard, and we stand behind it: within 30 days of use, any defect or issue with the craftsmanship of your stick will typically cause it to fail, and if it does, you're fully covered by Accent for a free replacement of equal or better value.

Breakage that happens outside that 30-day window is a different story. At that point, it's far less likely to be a craftsmanship defect and far more likely to come down to the demanding, physical nature of the sport — what a stick goes through over a season of real play. That kind of breakage falls outside what a workmanship warranty is meant to cover. But we still believe in what we build, which is why we back every stick with a full replacement — not just for 30 days, but for life.
