We build every Accent stick to hold up under real, competitive play — and we back that with what we believe is the most confident warranty in the category. Not because it's unlimited, but because we've stated exactly what it covers, and we mean it.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand behind the build quality of every stick we make — for life. In practice, a genuine craftsmanship defect (a bad layup, a structural flaw) almost always shows up within the first 30 days of use, so that's the window where you'll see it if it's there. But the underlying promise isn't a 30-day promise — it's a lifetime one.

To be clear about what this does and doesn't mean: this covers craftsmanship, not normal wear or hockey-related abuse. Hockey is a demanding sport and sticks aren't indestructible. A stick that breaks from normal play isn't a craftsmanship failure, and we won't pretend otherwise. We'd rather be straight with you about that than write a warranty that sounds bigger than it is.

One-Time Free Replacement

Stock sticks are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Custom sticks are covered for life — no time limit.
You'll need to show proof the stick broke — photos and a few details about how it happened.
The replacement stick itself is free. You cover the shipping to get it to you.
This is limited to once per customer, ever — not once per stick or per order. It's a genuine one-time show of confidence in the product, not an open-ended replacement program.
